Instructions
1. Cut one 6½" x 10" rectangle from white cardstock, one 4¼" x 6½" rectangle from JeaNi patterned paper (rectangle imagery should include pennant banner and blue scallop border portion), one 6½" length from pink with white stitching portion of Twinky patterned paper, one 5" length from pink border Journaling Die Cut, and one ½" x 6½" strip from green print side of Crystal patterned paper. Turn white rectangle horizontally, score a vertical line down the center, and fold in half. With fold at top, horizontally adhere Twinky rectangle along fold line, then Crystal strip, and then JeaNi rectangle as shown. Vertically adhere pink border Journaling Die Cut onto left side of card front, referring to project photo for placement.
2. Fussy-cut redheaded girl from Crystal patterned paper, leaving a green outline around image. Apply Glossy Accents to headband and shirt. Allow to dry. Adhere one Pearl to each earring and six Pearls for necklace as shown. To create skirt, cut one 5" length each from sheer and polka dot ribbons, then adhere polka dot ribbon along one long bottom edge of sheer ribbon. Pleat ribbon, then adhere onto girl image as shown.
3. Fussy-cut banner from JeaNi patterned paper. Use Vintage Photo ink pad to antique around outside edges, then use foam dots to adhere onto banner on card front as shown. Create sentiment using Daffodil Chipboard letters to spell “happy,” Glitter Alphas to spell “birthday,” and Mini Alphas in Lollipop to spell “sweeTiE!” Adhere onto right side of card front as shown.
